C.M.P.Nos.18791 and 18789 of 2022 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant viz., R.Gajendran in the appeal and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 9th respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., these C.M.Ps. are ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal.
