Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the order dated 08.06.2017 passed by the Second Respondent herein in O. Mu. No. 60599/KP1/3/2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent to reimburse the expenses of amount Rs. 75,423/- along with interest @12% for the period from the date of remittance of the amount to the Hospital by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner informs that the medical reimbursement sought by the Petitioner has been paid to him after the filing of the Writ Petition and nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. In such circumstances, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
