The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, in Crime No.7 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Anticipatory bail had already been granted on certain conditions, which was not complied with. Now, the present petition has been filed after four months seeking the same relief. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, as it amounts to multiple proceedings without complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 18.08.2025 dna 2/4
