The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18447 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26881 of 2019 dated 11.12.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 20(b) of NDPS Act read with Section 8(c) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.112 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26881 of 2019 on 31.10.2019 and modified in Crl.M.P.No.18447 of 2019 on 11.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in 15 days i.e., first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
