Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the Tender Notification in E-Auction Specification No.CE/SE/MII/MTPS-I/53/2019-20 dated 16.09.2019 (Name of Work-Lifting and Disposal of Wet-Ash for Two years from MTPS-I (4 X 210 MW) issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as unconstitutional, arbitrary and in contravention of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.

This writ petition is filed challenging the Tender Notification issued by the 3rd respondent herein for WorkLifting and Disposal of Wet-Ash for Two years from MTPS-I.

From the counter, it appears that the petitioner is not eligible due to lack of past experience and furthermore the tender process has been already completed. 4.In the light of the above facts, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
