This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 30.10.2023 made in STC No.633 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Bhavani.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 99 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
