When the case was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that revision has been filed against the attachment, now, in the execution proceedings, amount has been deposited and the counsel for the decree holder has recorded full satisfaction in execution petition and the EP stands terminated. Hence, submitted that this revision has become infructuous.

2. Such view of the matter, this revision stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
