The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to give direction to the second respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2023 and to cancel the sale deed Doc. No.15822/2021, Doc.No.15823/2021, Doc.No.15824/2021 dated 10.12.2021.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has presented his representation before the authority, which has no jurisdiction to deal with the matter. He
further submitted that the second respondent is the competent authority to deal with the petitioner's representation.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, who is the competent authority to deal with the matter. On receipt of the petitioner's representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation.
4. With the abovesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
