This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.577 of 2012 on his file before the appropriate Court within two months.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.577 of 2012 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, on 12.05.2016 and the same has not yet been taken on file.

Recording the same, the criminal Original Petition is closed.
