Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case and to file final report on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.04.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
