The petitioner / A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.12.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c), 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.784 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is stated that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 315 tablets of Nitravet-10. The total weight of the seized product is 506.91 grams, which is the commercial quantity. Though two other accused had been granted bail, yet other further accused are still in custody. 3.Let the trial process commence and the material witnesses also be examined.
