Prayer: This Original Petition filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 & 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 r/w Order XXI Rules 2 & 3 of O.S.Rules, to appoint the petitioner as the guardian of his daughter Ms.Aparna Anand born on 04.09.2007 aged about 15 years, and grant Permanent Custody of his daughter to the petitioner who is the natural guardian as per law. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Original Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected A.Nos.6717 to 6719 of 2023 are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
