ORDER
By consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to register the petitioner's Sale Deed pending transaction No.REG202209284996859 dated 28.09.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner presented a Sale Deed document dated 28.09.2022 before the fourth respondent for registration. The fourth respondent received the document through online and also issued the acknowledgement receipt. However, the said document was not yet registered 2/5
or neither returned the sale deed pending document nor passed the rejection order. Hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to register the said document.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the fourth respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner on 28.09.2022 . He further submits that the petitioner has already paid the registration fees.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the document presented by the petitioner will be entertained and appropriate orders will be passed, if it is otherwise in order.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the fourth respondent to entertain the document presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
