O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking modification of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4902 of 2023 by the learned Principal Session Judge, Kancheepuram District Court, Chengalpattu.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.4902 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023 by the learned Principal Session Judge, Kancheepuram District Court, Chengalpattu. He would further submit that the petitioner is not able to oblige the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(rupees ten lakhs only) to the credit of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crime No.600 of 2023 of Tambaram Police Station. Thus, he wants to modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4902 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023 the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-(rupees ten lakhs only) to the credit of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crime No.600 of 2023 of Tambaram Police Station is modified to the effect that i) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-(rupees six lakhs only) to the credit of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram in Crime No.600 of 2023 of Tambaram Police Station ii) At the time of executing the sureties, the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds pertaining to the immovable property not less than the worth of Rs.10 lakhs stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his friends before the concerned Court.

5. With the above modifications,, this Criminal Original petition is ordered. The rest of the conditions shall remain intact. 27.09.2023 Index :Yes/No nr 3/4
