3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in representing CRP.SR.No.13119 of 2024 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to list the above Civil Revision Petition after numbering the same, if they are otherwise in order and post the matter on 14.08.2025.
