Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the third respondent pertaining to the proceedings No.225/Ki.Si.1/2012 dated 29.08.2016 and consequent rejection order of appeal passed by the second respondent vide proceedings No.5664/Mu.Vu/2016 dated 24.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner from the date of his suspension to the date of the superannuation with all attended benefits and provide pension in accordance with law..
