Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.C.Rengarajan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that her representation dated 15.07.2016 seeking for issuance of patta in respect of the property purchased by her from her vendor, to an extent of 2400 sq.ft., comprised in S.No.56, Plot No.108 [part], TS.No.96, Block No.3, Natesan Nagar, 1st Main Road, Duraiswamy Road, Chenchery village, Virugambakkam, Chennai, vide registered Doc.No.6043/2011 dated 31.10.2011, which was received and acknowledged by the respondents 1 and 4, has not been considered till date by the respondents. It is her further case that the 1st respondent has also sent a communication to the petitioner dated 23.08.2016 that appropriate action would be taken on her representation. Despite the same, no action has been initiated on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, she has come forward to file the present writ petition.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2016, directs the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
