Writ Petition filed Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the tender documents to petitioner and allow the petitioner to participate in tender by considering his bid along with others and conduct the entire process in transparent manner in respect of the work ''construction of 9 rooms'' as per the Open Tender Notice given by the respondent in the New Sunday Express, dated 09.10.2016 and subsequent changes. ORDER

(1) The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows:- ''Writ petition filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the tender documents to petitioner and allow the petitioner to participate in tender by considering his bid along with others and conduct the entire process in transparent manner in respect of the work ''construction of 9 rooms'' as per the Open Tender Notice given by the respondent in the New Sunday Express, dated 09.10.2016 and subsequent changes''

(2) This relates to a tender which was published on 09.10.2016. There has been no interim order in favour of the petitioner. Apparently, the tender process would have been over.

(3) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the tender process was not carried through and the respondent-School itself is no longer functioning. (4) Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
