ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award by another period of six months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award.
