Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint preferred by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent dated 14.03.2016 in CSR No.104 of 2016 against one 1.Mr.Veeraraghavan, Prop. M/s.V.V.Home Makers Pvt Limited, Kodambakkam, for the allege offence committed by him.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2016 in CSR No.104 of 2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.104 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
