The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the second respondent in connection with the FIR in Cr.No.560 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that the petitioners are a residents of Chennai, residing within the jurisdiction of the third and fourth respondents and they apprehends coercive action by the first and second respondent. Further, the petitioners are called for an enquiry in connection with the investigation in an F.I.R registered by the first and second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to them to enable them to move to the 1/4

appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of six weeks from today to enable them to move to the concerned Court in Telangana.

Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate XVII, Saidapet, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and each of the petitioner shall execute a separately bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner shall approach the competent Court in Telangana State and seek appropriate relief.

6. In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
