ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to number the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioner in SR.No.806 of 2025, dated 27.06.2025 in Spl.Case No.4 of 2020 pending trial on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri and take up the case on file.

2. Considering the innocuous prayer that is made in this petition, this petition can be ordered at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the petition for renewal of passport. When the Criminal Case is pending, they have to take such permission or orders from the appropriate Criminal Court. When, in that regard, an application is filed, the same shall be taken on file and should be dealt with in accordance with law on its own merits. Therefore, the Trial Court is directed to consider the petition said to have been filled in SR.No.806 of 2025, dated 27.06.2025 3/6

in accordance with law and pass orders thereon. The Trial Court shall consider the same upon production of a web-copy of this order without waiting for a certified copy of this order.
