Alleging that the order dated 01.08.2017 passed by this Court in W.A.No.769 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the letter dated 08.08.2017, sent by the 1st respondent in compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed.
