This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 24.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On a complaint given by the accused Kaviyarasu, a case in Cr.No.51 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 353 and 506(ii) IPC has been registered against the petitioner herein. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR.

In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
