2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents/defendants in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to mark the documents as listed in the Judges summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
