This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.12 of 2012, registered on 17.02.2012, pending on the file of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that FIR has been registered in the year 2012 and investigation is not yet been completed on the ground that the disputed document has been sent to the Finger Print Bureau for opinion in 2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to obtain the report from the Finger Print Bureau and file the final report or closure report as the case may be within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
