(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This CMP. has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 143 days in representing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 143 in re-presenting the above writ appeal is condoned, however, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks' Association, High Court, Madras 600 104, within a period of two weeks, failing which, the order shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.

4. The CMP. is ordered accordingly.
