This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14345 of 2022 on 15.09.2022 to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30am., and also on all hearing dates until further orders.
