Since the matter appears to be with regard to payment of family pension, this Court is of the view that the issue can be settled by mediation.

The parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court on 16.10.2023.

2. In the meanwhile, the third respondent shall not disburse the arrears of Family Pension till the next hearing date on 03.11.2023.

3. Since the family pension is already paid to the sixth respondent, the same shall be continued.

4. Post on 03.11.2023.
