2. It is seen that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 12.09.2022 with the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the above Crl.M.P.No.16499 of 2022 seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in para 8(b) of the order dated 12.09.2022. Accordingly, the condition was modified by this Court on 08.11.2022.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that in para 4 of the order dated 08.11.2022 the condition remained the same. Further it is submitted that investigation in this case is completed and charge sheet filed.

4. In view of the submission that the investigation completed and charge sheet filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Court, is totally relaxed.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court without fail and cooperate with the trial without being the reason for cause of delay.
