The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.31 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 506(ii) and 509 of IPC r/w Section 66(E) of IT (Amendment Act), 2008, and he had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2023. Hence, he seeks bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner had threatened to upload the photographs of the defacto complainant, who is a minor studying in 12th standard. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that mobile phone of the petitioner had been seized but investigation has not yet been completed.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and in view of the fact that investigation has not yet been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
