Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2015 and pass necessary orders for auditing the accounts of Keezhkodungalur Handloom Weavers Co-operative production and Sales Society
Limited Keezhkodungalur Vandavasi Taluk Tiruvannamalai District by the Officials from the respondents 4 and 5 herein for the period from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 and 1st April to 2015 to 31st December 2015 within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2015 and pass necessary orders for auditing the accounts of Keezhkodungalur Handloom Weavers Cooperative production and Sales Society Limited Keezhkodungalur Vandavasi Taluk Tiruvannamalai District by the officials from the respondents 4 and 5 herein for the period from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 and 1st April to 2015 to 31st December 2015 within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Govt. Advocate filed audit report for the period 2014-15 and for the period 2015-16. The copy of the report has been served on the counsel for the petitioner.
3. In the light of the above, the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
