(Order of the Court made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The notice issued by the Highways Department for removal of encroachment is under challenge in th present writ proceedings. 2.

On account of efflux of time from the date of issuance of the impugned notice, we are inclined to grant 10 days time from today i.e. 27.02.2024 to the writ petitioner/company to submit their objections if any to the respondents. On receipt of objections if any, the same may be looked into by the Authorities and thereafter, remove the encroachments identified by following the procedures. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Page No.2 of 4
