These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The notice sent to the 1st respondent was returned with an endorsement "unclaimed".

3. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

5. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 34 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
