ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a suitable direction to the respondents to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the accused Premkumar, S/o Raghavan, aged about 38 years and residing at No.17, Vivekananthan Street, Tiruvallur by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court Magisterial level, Tiruvallur on 01.09.2015 in C.C. No.146 of 2013. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the non-bailable warrant has been executed and the accused has been committed to prison by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruvallur.
