This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.17645 of 2023 order dated 14.09.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of three months and also appear before the trial Court for every hearing without fail and co-operate with the trial proceedings.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.
