The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had produced the copy of letter dated 19.12.2018 given by the petitioner to the respondent police stating that the accused had assured to repay the amount and therefore, no further action being taken on his complaint.
In view of the stand taken by the petitioner herein before the police, no effective orders can be passed in the present Criminal Original Petition.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
