2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 14.01.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.269 of 2015 for the offences u/s 294(b), 448, 427 and 506(i) IPC.
