ORDER

This application is filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the written statement of D6 to D8 and D-18 to D-22. The other side has no objection. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the number of days delay, this application is allowed. The written statement of D6 to D8 and D18 to 22, are taken on record.

2. For filing counter in all the connected pending applications, list the matter on 05.11.2025.

3. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Memo stating that she did not receive the remuneration for the past four months. The plaintiffs are directed to take steps to pay the remuneration as per the order of this Court, dated 16.12.2024 passed in O.A.No.585 of 2024.
