PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent pertinent to G.O.(Ms) No.111 dated 11.11.2016, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (U) Department, quash the same and further direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioners with effect from the date of their joining as Assistant Section Officer i.e.25.02.2009, consequently to promote the petitioners notional from anterior dates, the dates on which the petitioner would have been promoted as section officers had the panel for section officers been prepared as per the provisions contained in the act and promotions made in accordance with law and to fix their basic pay in the promoted post accordingly from that respective anterior date for each petitioner and pay them the arrears therefor.
