ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect. A requisition letter dated 15.03.2023 has also been sent to the registry seeking to withdraw the present petition.
