] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the above Review Application.

2.Though this Court finds that the reasons are not appropriate to explain the whole delay, having regard to the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is unable to discard some of the reasons stated in the affidavit for condoning the delay. Considering the law settled in this aspect, showing leniency in favour of the petitioner, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. 3.Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if the papers are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 24.09.2024 at 3.30 p.m.
