ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner is challenging the notice dated 3rd September, 2024 issued by respondent No.2.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner states that no reply has been filed, but instead this petition was filed challenging the notice.

3. We are not inclined to interfere at this notice stage. Petitioner may, if advised, file a reply to the notice issued and raise all his contentions therein. Respondent No.2 shall pass a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioner and before passing any order, personal hearing shall be given, notice whereof shall be communicated at least five working days in advance.

4. We clarify that we have not made any observation on the merits of the matter.
