(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition in view of the civil suit already pending, where the subject matter is the land over which the alleged unauthorised construction is stated to be made. Endorsement is made.

2.Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35025 of 2016 is also dismissed.
