When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that no case is registered against the petitioner and petitioner enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.236 of 2024. He further submitted that the respondent police will complete the enquiry as early as possible.
