ORDER

By order dated 19.12.2025, the applicant was directed to pay the admitted sum of Rs.1,88,000/- as regards A.No.536 of 2017 and the sum of Rs.14,18,470/- as regards A.No.542 of 2017. At the hearing today, learned counsel for the respondent in A.No.536 and 542 of 2017 has handed over banker's cheque bearing No.054519 dated 08.01.2026 issued by the IDBI Bank

in favour of the Official Liquidator for a sum of Rs.16,07,280/-. Since this sum corresponds to the amounts admitted in relation to the two relevant applications, the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the following orders are issued:

(i) C.A.Nos.317, 320 and 322 of 2025 in C.A.No.542 of 2017 to reopen the evidence, permit the applicant to let in oral and documentary evidence and to recall PW1 (S.Viswavinothini, Junior Technical Assistant), are allowed.
