CMP.No.5314 of 2020 in S.A.No.259 of 2013 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the Respondents 6 to 9/the proposed Respondents 6 to 9 being the legal heirs of the deceased K.A.Subramanian namely S.Rajeswari, S.Sankar, S.Kalaivani and S.Senthil Arasu and rank them as Respondents 6 to 9 in this Appeal.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the Petitioner, this Petition is allowed.
