This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal against the conviction imposed in C.C.No.92 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, dated 29.06.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3.The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 2 days in filing the Criminal appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
