The petitioner has challenged the cancellation of the provisional selection list passed by the 3rd respondent. At the time of admission, no interim order was granted by this Court. Further, the grounds raised by the petitioner can be decided only at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition. Therefore, WMP.No.8881/2017 is dismissed.
Consequently, WMP.No.8881/ 2017 seeking interim injunction is also dismissed. Post the main writ petition for final disposal on 03.02.2020.
