By the consent of both the parties this writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner inherited the subject property from his ancestors on the strength of the will executed by his paternal grandfather. Whileso there was a dispute among the petitioner and other legal heirs with regard to the partition made with respect to the subject property based on the said will. Hence the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 18.04.2022 to provide a copy of the Will. However, the same was not considered till date. Hence this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider 2/5
the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, this Court directs directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2022 and provide a copy of the will as sought by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the copy of the will is available in the office.
6. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
